Terms and Conditions

Inclusions:

  • The rate includes a 3-course dinner, breakfast, lunch, and drinks. Drinks include non-alcoholic
    beverages and selected house alcoholic beverages.

Laundry:

  • Laundry is offered free of charge for bookings of 2 nights or more. For guests staying 1 night,
    laundry can be provided for an additional fee if time allows.

Basic Terms:

  • Rates are inclusive of government taxes. All rates are quoted on an all-inclusive basis.

Provisional Bookings:

  • Provisional bookings are held subject to availability and at the discretion of Villa Miamba.

Rate Changes:

  • Contract rates, terms, and conditions may change without notice; however, every effort will be
    made to maintain the agreed terms.

Payment Policy:

  • Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival. No deposit is required.
  • A late payment fee of 5% per day will apply to any overdue amount.
  • For bookings made 12 days or fewer before arrival, payment is due immediately.

Driver / Guide Meals:

  • Villa Miamba does not provide accommodation for drivers or guides.
  • Should a driver or guide wish to join guests for meals, the charges are:
    • Breakfast: 8,000
    • Lunch: 15,000
    • Dinner: 20,000

Check-In / Check-Out:

• Check-in: from 1:00 pm
• Check-out: 10:00 am

Early check-in may be offered at no extra charge, subject to availability and at the
discretion of Villa Miamba.

Booking Confirmations:

  • Villa Miamba accepts and confirms bookings by email only.
  • Bookings made by phone must be followed by an email to validate the reservation.
  • The cancellation policy applies once a booking is confirmed by email.

Payment:

  • Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before arrival. No deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 61 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
• 60 to 46 days prior to arrival: 25% of total booking
• 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking
• 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of total booking
• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of total booking

Credit Notes:

  • Credit notes may be issued at the discretion of Villa Miamba. Any credit note must be redeemed
    within 12 months of the issue date.
