My family and I stayed at Villa Miamba for two nights during a quick weekend getaway and it couldn’t have been a better home base, especially with how close it is to Mkomazi National Park. That said, the Villa itself is so special it could easily be the main destination.

The Villa’s design is truly unique combining a blend of modern architecture and natural surroundings in a way you don’t expect but will absolutely love once you’re there. The kids had an amazing time with the pool and the thoughtful selection of board games and puzzles, which kept them happily occupied (and off their electronics!) all weekend.

The Villa manager was incredibly helpful and genuinely a pleasure to interact with, and the staff were just as warm and welcoming. We only wish we had more time to enjoy everything the Villa has to offer. We’ll definitely be back and hopefully next time for a longer stay

Wonderful villa. The rooms were were very comfortable and the villa had lost of amenities. We really enjoyed the all inclusive setup, the meals were delicious and the staff were very accommodating. The architecture is gorgeous with fun features inside and out. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Villa Miamba in February and absolutely loved it. This place is perfect for families, but couples looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway will enjoy it just as much.
The rooms are super comfortable and beautifully designed, each with a spacious ensuite bathroom that makes the stay feel extra relaxed and luxurious.
The villa also has a large indoor living space that is used so well. In the evenings it becomes the perfect place to relax, play games, read a book or simply enjoy a slow afternoon together. It feels warm, spacious and very comfortable.
Outside, the swimming pool is fantastic, with beautiful views overlooking the mountains. It’s one of those places where you easily end up spending hours without noticing time pass.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. Villa Miamba is extremely close to the entrance gate of Mkomazi National Park, which makes it incredibly easy if you want to spend a day exploring the park.
I can highly recommend Villa Miamba and would happily stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this little gem in Same very close to the main gate of Mkomazi NP. The villa is beautifully set against a hill with great views of the green surrounding areas. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacy with comfortable beds and a lovely shower in the en suite bathroom. The swimming pool is with great views and was perfect for cool down after our dusty day in the park. Lastly, we loved the food.

I have already visited this beautiful villa twice. Whether you are traveling and need a decent place to spend the night or you just want to get away for a few days to relax, this is the perfect place for you. Located beautifully in a small valley only 10 minutes drive from the Zange gate into Mkomazi national park gives you a stunning view toward the park. A constant breeze, a cooling pool and the beautiful villa gives you peace at heart.

I stayed at Villa Miamba for one night. It is located about a kilometre away from Mkomazi National Park. Krisha, the owner was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The hotel is new and is beautifully designed. Extremely spacious and large shower area that was more like an apartment than a hotel room. The visit was all-inclusive and all of my meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. The wait staff were attentive, professional and always asking what more they could bring or if the meal was to my liking.

If part of your travels in Tanzania is in the north, I would strongly recommend you staying at Villa Miamba. It was great!!
